Brotherhood JETY Award (Jewish Teen Youth Award)

The CBY Brotherhood is pleased to announce the establishment of the JETY (Jewish Teen Youth) award. The purpose of this award is to recognize those students who best exemplify Jewish teen life through their participation in programs that promote Jewish identity and Jewish culture, such as BBYO, NFTY, CBY’s student internship program, or other programs that underscore a commitment to Jewish life and Jewish ideals.

Details & Qualifications

A $500 cash award will each be given to two students
Students may use this money for whatever they want
Their names will be added to a plaque that will be prominently displayed at CBY
To qualify, students must be a Bar/Bat Mitzvah, be high school juniors or seniors, their families must belong to CBY and they must complete a brief JETY application form
Applications (below) must be submitted prior to May 1st each year
